In 3 days we rode the bus once. Complete waste of money. We had to uber the remaining time on our trip. Btw. The bus isn’t even heated when it was freezing outside. Be sure to stand in the correct blue or red line even thou it’s hard to understand what they are are saying to do because again you get YELLED AT.”

“It was okay. The views are great. But the bus in noisy and bumpy added to a very windy day. It goes and returns the same way so if you want to get off on the way back that is good. The the scenic tour of the coast in a van is a much better option as you stop at more view points and the ride is more comfortable. You get what you pay for. I would not recommend it at less you want to get off at one if the stops.”

On the downside, some of the audio ports are not working (are not properly wired or shielded) and the audio guide, at least for Miami, is quite over the top, a bit senzationalistic and can be annoying and cringy.”
