The ticket going to the memorial where you need to access via a boat only allows an ex number of people per trip. All of us were on waiting list. We were told to be back at 3:30 PM, but the next boat leaves at 3:30! So, they left most of us. They said that they will send someone named Daniel or David (?) as the new driver and…”

“Epic. They estimated around 20 humpback whale around us. Also saw dolphins and a sea lion. Spent plenty of time at Stellwagon bank watching them as well. I didnt love that they don't include pictures. I loved that on my Vancouver tour because I felt I could watch the whales vs snap photos. They did say they might post some on their Instagram later. I felt the seats were a little worn down as well. Loved the books and coloring sheets for kids. Overall just amazing.”

“Viator never advised we had to go into ticket office to get a paper ticket and sticker so bus was held up until I got stickers but no ticket. So when we’ve tried to get on boat cruise they wouldn’t let us on due to not having a paper ticket. Tickets were not checked before hoarding was absolute shambles with a free for all queue rushing on bus have never been on such a disorganised cruise ever.”
