“Definitely unforgettable experience to Fairbanks. I was waiting in the hotel every night prior to this visit but did not see any northern light by tracking the kp values and asking Al. However, getting into this tour, our tour guide Savvy gives accurate prediction of the northern lights. Savvy is an awesome tour guide. She is full of passion, enthusiastic in her job and very supportive. On our trip, she shared a lot of fun facts about Fairbanks, Alaska, and northern light. Also, tour guide is experienced in finding the best view point. And the ice museum and the Chena hot spring is definitely worth trying.”

“Guide was very knowledgeable about Alaska and the Aurora. He was patient and made sure everyone was safe, and went individually to everyone to ensure we knew how to get the best pictures of the N lights. Very competent driver through muddy areas as well as snow and occasional icy areas. Never felt unsafe. We ended up being gone 14 hours: But we saw the Aurora in more than one Location. Dalton highway is just like you see on ice road truckers show. Entertaining in itself! Food and drinks were available. Stopped about every two hours for restroom needs…. Port a potties… all had paper and sanitizer. It’s an adventure…”

We had originally booked two single-rider packages, but my partner's helmet caused their glasses to fog up, making it impossible to see the road ahead. The guide wasn’t able to provide any effective assistance, so we had no choice but to share one snowmobile. My partner was really disappointed to miss out on the solo riding experience. When we tried to adjust the booking to a Ski Doo snowmobile package, the owner’s attitude was rather dismissive and unhelpful. They kept making excuses, which added unnecessary frustration to an already disappointing situation. Although the issue was eventually resolved, it left us feeling frustr...”
