We were given refreshments and introduced to the cook. She was a wonderful lady who was warm and attentive and cooked the meals and answered questions. The food portions were very big, flavourful and genuinely a great experience. A must do when in NOLA, you get a real sense of the culture here. Spent $$ at their shop buying seasoning to take back home as gifts.”
